This is our favourite restaurant in the area. At €100 and up for dinner, this is expensive, but in our opinion the food is excellent. There is a €50 menu for dinner on Monday to Friday, but we have not tried this. More reasonable is the lunchtime "Tapas" menu, which is €46 in 2013. There are photos of examples of the dishes on offer in the Gallery. This is not Spanish, but simply refers to a number of small dishes that just seem to keep coming and each is an absolute delight. There is no choice, but they will cater for people with specific requirements - for instance those who do not eat pork. If the weather is right, "Tapas" is served in the garden under the shade trees. If you have a special occasion, or just feel like a wonderful treat, give it a try!
We have eaten at this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the service first rate. The setting, by a little stream is picture book perfect and food is served outside on a terrace when the weather permits.
